We operate a 14 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is incorrect or faulty then you may return for a refund (excluding postage, return postage is paid by the customer) or exchange.

All goods should be returned to us in the same condition we sent them in and should always be unused, any returns we receive with signs that they have been used may be returned to the customer and a refund or exchange may be denied.

All refunds will be made to card originally used for payment.

For all returns please make sure that you retain any proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
